YUZHNE Ukraine: Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the president of Ukraine, claims that Russian soldiers carried out “the same atrocities as in other places” prior to being compelled to withdraw from the strategically important city of Kherson and the surrounding area or district.
Zelenskyy stated in his nightly video address that “investigators have already documented more than 400 Russian war crimes, and the bodies of both civilians and military personnel have been found.”

Ukrainian police are asking residents to assist in finding anyone who worked with Russian forces.
